Nestled in the heart of Meadows, the Memorial Hall is a cherished community hub that seamlessly blends historical charm with modern amenities. Originally established as a dairy factory in 1890, it was transformed into a vibrant town hall in 1978. The Main Hall features a well-maintained timber dance floor, stage, and a PA system, accommodating approximately 140 seated guests or 200 standing. The hall hosts a variety of events, including the award-winning Meadows Easter Fair, monthly markets, concerts, and dance classes. Its versatile spaces are available for hire, making it an ideal venue for weddings, meetings, and private parties. Managed by volunteers on behalf of the Mount Barker District Council, the hall continues to serve as a focal point for community engagement and cultural activities.
