McCarrs Creek Reserve, nestled along McCarrs Creek Road in Church Point, offers a serene retreat for families and outdoor enthusiasts. The reserve features a boat ramp, wharf, and facilities for dinghy storage, accommodating up to 100 dinghies up to 3 meters in length. Visitors can enjoy spacious grassy areas equipped with picnic tables, seating, and barbecue facilities. A designated off-leash dog area is available to the west of the main access road, where dogs are permitted off-leash 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. On weekends and public holidays, dogs must be on-leash in this area. The reserve is a popular spot for families, especially on weekends and school holidays.
