The Mary Valley Rail Trail in Brooloo offers a 4.7 km shared-use path connecting Brooloo to Imbil, suitable for walkers, cyclists, wheelchair users, and horse riders. The compacted gravel trail traverses diverse landscapes, including open grassy woodlands, Hoop Pine plantations, rainforests, and farmland. A highlight is the bellbird colony residing in the middle section. Parking is available at both trailheads; however, Brooloo lacks public amenities, so visitors should plan accordingly. Dogs on leashes are welcome. The trail is free to use year-round.
