Members can access a variety of group fitness classes, including Box Fit, Circuit, and Les Mills programs. The centre's sports stadium hosts competitions and casual games in netball, futsal, volleyball, and basketball. Additionally, the Boxing Academy provides classes and private training sessions suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Allied Health services, such as exercise physiology and physiotherapy, are available to support health and wellness goals. Operating hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, and weekends from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
