Housed in the historic Mansfield Railway Station, the Mansfield Historical Society preserves and promotes the rich history of Mansfield and its surrounding districts. Its extensive archives include genealogical records, microfiche documents, photographs, memorabilia, maps, and a notable clothing collection. Visitors can explore changing displays of historic photographs and purchase local publications and souvenirs. The Society warmly welcomes new members and volunteers to assist with archiving, research, and community engagement. A new Heritage Museum is under construction, expected to open in 2025, to showcase the collection in a dedicated space.
