Malabar Express Food Truck

1/5 – Extremely Disappointed With the Waiting Time I was really excited to try The Malabar Express, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. The waiting period was absolutely unacceptable. Despite only a few people ahead of me, it took over 50 minutes to receive my food, and there was no proper communication or update from the staff. A food truck should be quick and efficient, but this felt slower than a full-scale restaurant. Customers were visibly annoyed, and no one apologised or acknowledged the delay. By the time I finally got my order, the excitement was gone. Great food is important, but respecting customers’ time is equally essential. Unfortunately, The Malabar Express failed badly on this part. I won’t be returning unless they drastically improve their service speed and overall customer experience.
