Participants enjoy hands-on instruction, preparing dishes like slow-roasted meats, fresh pasta, and authentic Thai curries. Each class includes a coffee on arrival, four hours of practical demonstrations, a six-course feast, and a complete set of take-home recipes. Limited to 11 participants, classes are held at 1481 Wildwood Road, Yallingup WA 6282, between 9:45 am and 4:00 pm. Private classes for groups of 11 are also available.
