Nestled at the corner of Talavera and Culloden Roads in Macquarie Park, the Macquarie University Community Garden offers a vibrant space for students, staff, and local residents to engage in organic gardening. Plots are available for cultivating vegetables and flowers, with a nominal one-time fee of $20 covering water costs. The garden fosters a hands-on learning environment, promoting sustainable practices and community involvement. Monthly working bees are held on the first Sunday of each month, encouraging collaboration and shared stewardship of the space. All are welcome to join and contribute to this green initiative.
