Located on Hobart's iconic waterfront, MAC 02 is TasPorts' premier indoor venue, ideal for medium to large corporate events, concerts, and trade shows. Just a short walk from Hobart's CBD and surrounded by the city's finest hotels, MAC 02 features concrete floors, high ceilings, and large glass windows. The venue offers flexible configurations, including theatre seating for up to 1,700 guests, trade shows with 110 booths, conference dinners for 1,300, and concerts for 3,000 guests. Available for dry hire, clients can personalize the space to their event's needs. Please note, MAC 02 is unavailable for events from November to April due to cruise ship commitments.
