Wilmot Hills Orchard & Distillery, located at 407 Back Road in Lower Wilmot, Tasmania, is a micro-distillery with an attached cellar door. Open six days a week, except Wednesdays, it offers a range of spirits fermented, distilled, and aged on-site. The apple orchard features 11 varieties of apples used in cider production. The product range includes Gin, Apple Brandy, Kirsch, Grappa, Absinthe, Rhubarb Wine, Cherry Port, and Lemon Cello. The distillery is approximately 40 minutes from Devonport and an hour from Cradle Mountain.
