Starting at Whites Road, the well-maintained boardwalk meanders through mangroves and across Lota Creek, transitioning into concrete and bitumen paths that wind through saltmarsh flats and paperbark forests. The mostly flat trail is suitable for all fitness levels and accommodates wheelchairs, strollers, and bikes. Along the way, bench seats provide resting spots, and dogs are welcome on leashes. Parking is available along Whites Road, with the entrance clearly marked.
