Spanning just 3.5 meters in width and 30 meters in length, the space features a formal dining area, flexible function spaces, and an open-air bar on the mezzanine level. The menu, crafted by Executive Chef Jason Margaritis, showcases contemporary Asian cuisine with a focus on fresh seafood, including local mud crabs and Tasmanian rock lobsters. Signature dishes like whole fried baby barramundi with dry red curry snake beans and wok-tossed bug tail "kung pao" highlight the restaurant's dedication to bold flavors.
