
Liverpool Powerhouse, formerly known as Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre, is a vibrant cultural hub located on the banks of the Georges River in Casula, NSW. Established in 1951 as a power station, it was decommissioned in 1976 and transformed into an arts centre in 1994. The venue features six galleries, a 321-seat theatre, and various performance spaces, hosting over 400 events annually. Surrounded by 20 hectares of parklands, it offers a diverse range of exhibitions, performances, and community programs, reflecting the area's rich cultural diversity.
