The spacious hall features a traditional stage and a polished wood dance floor, accommodating up to 100 people at tables or 160 for meetings and lectures. An adjacent supper room comfortably seats 30 and is suitable for buffet services. The heritage library, operational since 1911, houses original books from 1910 and a growing collection of local and rural Australian history, including Aboriginal history. Managed by a dedicated volunteer committee, the institute continues to provide education, recreation, and a focal point for community activities in Little River and surrounding districts.
