Lipson Cove, located approximately 15 kilometers north of Tumby Bay, offers a serene coastal retreat along the Eyre Peninsula. This picturesque bay features a pet-friendly campground with 12 sites suitable for tents, caravans, and motorhomes. Accessible via an unsealed road, the campground provides basic facilities, including toilets and fire pits. Visitors can enjoy activities such as swimming, fishing, and beachcombing, with vehicle access directly to the beach. The area is also home to Lipson Island Conservation Park, a rookery for sea birds, including a stable colony of little penguins. Camping fees are $10 per night, with a maximum stay of two weeks.
