Established in 1891, Lindisfarne Cricket Club, known as "The Lightning," competes in Tasmania's Grade Cricket Competition. The club's home ground, Anzac Park, features two ovals with a picturesque backdrop of Mount Wellington. Lindisfarne has secured four TCA Premierships, with titles in 2000–01, 2010–11, 2018–19, and 2019–20. The club has been a stepping stone for notable players like Jamie Cox, Andrew Downton, and Shane Watson. Anzac Park also hosts the Lindisfarne Senior and Junior Football Clubs, collectively accommodating over 1,100 registered players.
