LIFT Cafe, located at 11 Gladstone Road in Highgate Hill, Queensland, offers a delightful blend of savory and sweet treats in a quirky, vintage-inspired setting. The menu features organic sourdough with smashed avocado and sumac dukkah, as well as gourmet sandwiches like spicy chicken with coleslaw and garlic mayo. House-made cakes, including the intense chocolate "Penny" cake, carrot and apricot cake, and banoffee pie, are complemented by locally sourced gluten-free muffins. The cafe's decor includes dance steps on the floor, balloon poodles, and paper unicorns adorning the walls, with wooden arms holding potted plants suspended from the ceiling. Upcycled furniture fills the space, extending onto the footpath. Coffees are made with Maleny farm fresh milk, and the drinks menu also offers in-house sodas and loose leaf teas.
