Nestled within Ocean Breeze Reserve in Lennox Head, Lennox Community Gardens spans 3,000m² and features nearly 100 exotic fruit trees, including Jackfruit, Sapote, and African Peach. Established in 2015 by local volunteers, the garden promotes community spirit, health, education, and environmental sustainability. Open to the public, visitors are encouraged to explore and enjoy the gardens, with shared herbs available at the entrance. Members participate in maintaining orchards and vegetable plots, benefiting from organic produce. Excess harvests are placed in the Community Sharing Hut for all to enjoy. Working bees are held on Thursdays and Sundays between 8:30am and 11:00am. The gardens acknowledge the Nyangbul people of the Bundjalung Nation as the traditional custodians of the land.
