Lecture Theatres 1 & 2

Lecture Theatres 1 and 2 at the University of Tasmania's Newnham campus are versatile venues ideal for large-scale events. Lecture Theatre 1 accommodates up to 170 attendees, while Theatre 2 seats 250. Both theatres are equipped with comprehensive audiovisual facilities, including in-house PCs, lecterns, and microphones. They support video conferencing and offer audio and visual recording capabilities. Accessibility is a priority, with provisions for disabled access. These theatres are available for hire through the University's standard venue booking process.
