Chef Patrick Gauducheau, originally from Vendée, France, blends French culinary traditions with Caribbean flavors, delighting guests with dishes like sole meunière and Grand Marnier duck. The extensive wine list includes selections from France, Italy, Spain, and other European countries. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 6:00 pm to 11:30 pm, reservations are recommended.
