Lavelle is a rural locality in Queensland's Toowoomba Region, covering approximately 20.3 square kilometers. As of the 2021 census, it has a population of 27 residents. The area is primarily used for crop cultivation and grazing on native vegetation. Lavelle was named after surveyor Martin Lavelle, who mapped the region in the 1880s. The former Lavelle State School, operational from 1926 to 1957, was situated on the western side of Kooroongarra Road. The nearest primary school is Millmerran State School, located to the north.
