Lancefield Neighbourhood House, located at 78 High Street, serves as a vibrant community hub offering a range of services and activities. Open Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm, it provides access to a community garden, recycling centre, photocopying, internet access, and a food share program. The Townhouse, situated at 28 High Street, operates Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 1pm, offering services such as a food pantry, community nursery, and local products for sale. The house also hosts various classes and events, fostering a sense of connection and support within the community. Volunteering opportunities are available, allowing individuals to contribute to the house's initiatives and connect with others. The house acknowledges the Wurundjeri people as the traditional custodians of the land and pays respect to their elders past, present, and emerging.
