
Kyeema Conservation Park, spanning over 347 hectares on the Fleurieu Peninsula, offers a serene retreat with its dense native vegetation. The park's overstorey features messmate stringybark, pink gum, and cup gum, creating a tranquil environment. It provides habitat for animals such as the southern brown bandicoot, swamp rat, and western grey kangaroo. With more than 80 bird species recorded, including White's thrush, beautiful firetail, and chestnut-rumped heathwren, it is a haven for birdwatchers. The park is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
