Accessibility is a priority, with wheelchair access and equipment such as water wheelchairs and a hoist lift available for disabled patrons. Aquatic programs include Aqua Aerobics classes, squad training, and a swim school catering to infants from six months old, pre-school and school-aged children, adults, and individuals with special needs, all instructed by fully qualified professionals. The fitness centre offers a boutique gym experience with a variety of dryland and aquatic group fitness programs, as well as personal training services.
