Their offerings include long-fermented wild culture sourdoughs and hand-laminated croissants made with Pepe Saya butter. The bakery also serves sourdough doughnuts on weekends and a variety of sourdough-based products, all free from sugar, yeast, preservatives, or additives. Visitors can enjoy expertly made coffee in a welcoming atmosphere. Open Thursday to Saturday from 7 am to 2 pm and Sunday from 8 am to 2 pm.
