Kosciuszko Lookout

Approximately 2 kilometers from the top of Thredbo's Kosciuszko Express chairlift, Kosciuszko Lookout offers panoramic views of Mount Kosciuszko, the upper catchment of the Snowy River, and the rugged granite tors of the Ramshead Range. Set amidst alpine herb fields, the lookout provides a unique perspective of Australia's ancient alps, with snow patches that persist into the summer months, highlighting the harsh winter conditions of the Snowy Mountains.
