Kisuya Japanese Restaurant, established in 2023, is Bathurst's first modernized Japanese dining experience. Located in Westpoint Shopping Centre, it offers a cozy atmosphere where guests can enjoy dishes inspired by traditional Japanese cooking techniques, utilizing local Australian ingredients. The menu features share-style plates complemented by a selection of cocktails, beers, Japanese sake, umeshu, and local wines. Operating Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, Kisuya is fully licensed and does not permit BYO. A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
