
Kisuke 㐂介 offers an intimate omakase dining experience in Potts Point, seating only six guests per sitting. Chef Yusuke Morita, with decades of international culinary experience, presents a seasonal menu that changes daily based on the freshest ingredients. The meal spans approximately 2.5 hours, featuring an entrée, soup, seasonal sashimi, steamed and grilled dishes, and an 11-piece sushi selection. A portion of Inaniwa udon resets the palate before dessert. The serene, minimalist decor enhances the focus on the exquisite flavors and textures of each dish. Reservations are essential, with bookings released monthly on the first day at 1pm for the following month. The omakase course is priced at $220 per person.
