Kellys Bush Park, located at Nelson Parade in Hunters Hill, NSW, is a 4.8-hectare heritage-listed bushland reserve along the Parramatta River. As the only substantial area of natural bush on the lower Parramatta River, it features diverse vegetation communities, including eucalyptus forests and heathlands. The park holds historical significance as the site of Australia's first "green ban" in 1971, when local residents and unions successfully opposed its development. Today, it offers walking trails, harbour views, and is maintained by dedicated bushcare volunteers.
