Established in 1962, the Kapunda Musical Society Inc. is a vibrant community organization dedicated to delivering high-quality theatrical productions, including both musicals and plays. Operating from the historic Chapel Street Theatre, built in 1858, the Society offers a range of opportunities for individuals of all ages to engage in various aspects of theater, such as acting, singing, dancing, publicity, stage management, set design, construction, and costume creation. The KMS Young People's Drama Workshop, initiated in 2008, provides a platform for children and teenagers to explore and develop their passion for theater.
