Jack Dwyer Reserve

Overlooking the Hastings River, Jack Dwyer Reserve in Wauchope offers a tranquil setting with large fig trees lining River Street, providing ample shade for relaxation or picnicking. The reserve features five picnic tables, park seating, a public wharf, and a paved walkway leading to Rocks Ferry Reserve. For fitness enthusiasts, three outdoor gym stations are available along the walking path, equipped with instructions for proper use. The area is named in honor of Jack Dwyer, a dedicated parks and gardens caretaker and founding member of the Wauchope Lasiandra Festival.
