Housed in Ballarat's historic 160-year-old Goods Shed, Itinerant Spirits offers a unique distilling experience. The venue produces three distinct spirits—Gallivanter Gin, Vansetter Vodka, and Wayfarer Whiskey—using locally sourced grains, botanicals, and natural volcanic spring water. Visitors can enjoy a full-service cocktail bar, a curated selection of spirits, and a menu featuring pizzas, cheese and charcuterie boards, and share plates from neighboring restaurants. The 140-seat space also hosts regular gin and cocktail masterclasses, providing an immersive experience in the art of distilling.
