Originally serving as the Ithaca Town Council Chambers, it was repurposed as the Ithaca District Library in 1947. The hall features high ceilings and vinyl flooring, providing a spacious, open-plan area suitable for various community events and activities. A small kitchen equipped with a kettle, bar fridge, microwave, and dishwasher is available for catering needs. The venue is wheelchair accessible via a side entrance.
