The facility features a 1.7-kilometer asphalt criterium circuit with three track configurations: a 1,310-meter loop, a 1,080-meter loop, and a 400-meter internal oval. Designed with safety and versatility in mind, the park includes a 7-meter wide cycle lane, a 2-meter wide running lane, and a 1-meter wide safety lane. Additional amenities encompass a main race staging area that doubles as a 'Learn-to-Ride' facility for families during non-event times, a small staging area for the 400-meter track, minor pathway connections, an officials shelter for events, and lighting and security cameras to enhance safety and utilization. Open daily from 4:00 AM to 10:00 PM, the park is accessible to the public and serves as a destination for cycling clubs to host regular sporting events at local, state, and national levels.
