Ingle Farm Little Athletics Centre, established in 1973, offers a family-oriented environment where children aged 3 to 16 engage in athletics tailored to their developmental needs. The main summer season runs from September to March, featuring competitions most Sunday mornings at the Bridgestone Athletics Centre in Salisbury South. Training sessions are held at Golding Oval in Para Vista on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. The centre emphasizes personal best achievements, fostering a friendly, pressure-free atmosphere that enhances fitness, coordination, and skills in running, jumping, and throwing. Cross-country events are also available during the winter months.
