Illoura Reserve, located at 10–20 Weston Street in Balmain East, is a heritage-listed public park offering a unique blend of natural beauty and urban design. Established in the 1970s by landscape architect Bruce Mackenzie, the reserve features native vegetation, dramatic sandstone cliffs, and a picturesque beach at Peacock Point. Amenities include a children's playground, picnic areas, and a half-court basketball facility. The park provides panoramic views of Sydney Harbour, making it a popular spot for relaxation and recreation. Illoura Reserve was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 29 November 2013.
