Located in Berkeley, New South Wales, Illawarra Sports Stadium is a versatile indoor facility offering a range of sporting and recreational activities. The stadium features two major halls, each approximately 1,400 square meters, complemented by a mezzanine area of about 250 square meters, providing excellent viewing of the activities. Amenities include public facilities, change rooms, a training and multi-function room, first aid room, and meeting rooms. The grandstand accommodates approximately 350 spectators, with additional temporary seating available. The venue hosts sports such as netball, basketball, futsal, table tennis, indoor bowls, and pickleball, as well as community and school dance groups, sport and recreation programs, and major sporting events. It also accommodates commercial and community events like factory outlets, expos, trade fairs, markets, arts and craft shows, antiques and collectable shows, school spectacular training, and playgroups seeking large open areas. The stadium is available for event bookings throughout the year from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday and every Sunday from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. From mid-September to April, in addition to regular hours, it is also available on Saturdays from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
