Ikon Park, formerly known as Princes Park, is the historic home of the Carlton Football Club, located at 400 Royal Parade, Carlton North, VIC 3054. Established in 1897, it has been the club's training and administrative base since its inception. The venue has undergone several name changes, including Optus Oval, MC Labour Park, and Visy Park, before adopting its current name in 2015. With a seating capacity of approximately 13,000, Ikon Park serves as the primary AFLW ground in Melbourne. The venue underwent a $50 million extension of the Carlton headquarters completed in 2022, further enhancing its facilities.
