Hyne Timber's Tumbarumba Mill, nestled in the Snowy Mountains of New South Wales, processes approximately 620,000 cubic meters of logs annually, equating to about 25,000 timber-framed homes. The mill's daily output of structural framing could extend from Tumbarumba to Melbourne. Established in 2001, it marked Hyne Timber's significant investment in the southern markets. The facility operates sustainably, converting by-products into biofuel for its heat plant or supplying them to customers like Visy. In 2024, a new 4,700-square-meter storage facility was completed, enhancing product protection and operational efficiency.
