Hudson Brewing, established in 2020, is a family-operated craft brewery nestled in Wynnum's industrial heart. The 50-seat taproom offers a relaxed atmosphere, showcasing a core range of unfiltered beers, including Fort Lytton Lager, On Any Sunday Session Ale, Mr Magoo Pale Ale, and All Seeing IPA. Seasonal and small-batch brews, such as the Out Of Your Mind Sour, are also available. Local food trucks provide diverse street food options on weekends.
