Homage Restaurant, nestled within the historic homestead of Spicers Hidden Vale, offers a unique dining experience that honors the land, its people, and the produce of the Scenic Rim. Set on a 12,000-acre property, the restaurant's own market garden supplies an abundance of fresh vegetables, herbs, and fruits. Strong relationships with local farmers ensure the freshest produce, with suppliers just minutes away. Traditional cooking techniques, including two firepits, a wood oven, and a smokehouse, highlight the art of fire, smoke, and earth. The menu features dishes like emu tartare and kangaroo tail, incorporating native Australian ingredients such as riberry, lemon aspen, native pepper, and wattle seed, adding an adventurous twist to classic dishes.
