Established in December 2018, the Holsworthy Community Garden is a vibrant initiative managed by SCRAP Ltd., a non-profit environmental organization with over 30 years of experience in sustainability programs. Located at 209 Heathcote Rd, Holsworthy NSW 2173, the garden serves as an educational platform, focusing on ecological sustainability and environmental awareness. It features a chicken coop, vegetable beds, bush tucker garden, worm farms, and compost bays, providing hands-on learning opportunities for the community. The garden was officially launched by Costa Georgiadis, renowned for anchoring the ABC’s Gardening Australia show.
