Housed in Warracknabeal's first State Savings Bank, the Historical Centre showcases a collection of items that depict the history of a typical Wimmera town. The display consists of furniture, pictures, maps, kitchen utensils, and personal items found in the homes of the area's pioneers. The bank chamber is preserved as it was on opening day in 1909. Visitors can also take advantage of the extensive research facilities to learn about the way of living for their forbears.
