The centre provides modern research facilities, including up-to-date IT equipment and computerized records, with expert volunteers available to assist with family and local history inquiries. Guided tours of historic Camperdown and its district are available by arrangement. The Heritage Centre is open to the public on Tuesdays and the first Sunday of each month, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with free entry. Group visits must be pre-booked and scheduled for alternative days.
