Nestled within the historic Mineral Springs Reserve, the Hepburn Pavilion Café is housed in a charming Edwardian heritage-listed building from 1908. Its magnificent stained-glass windows, beautiful tiled floor, and vaulted ceiling create a unique and welcoming environment for visitors. The café offers a daily lunch and brunch menu featuring seasonal specials and favorites like fresh salads, gourmet toasties with local Basilio sourdough, and a Pavilion tasting plate with local Istra sliced meats. Tempting treats from Peddling Pastries and high-quality coffee using Fix fairtrade 100% Arabica beans are also available. After enjoying the waters at the Hepburn Bathhouse and Spa, guests can indulge in the famous Devonshire Tea with freshly baked scones, jam, and double cream, accompanied by a choice of tea or coffee.
