Located at 55 Hospital Street, Heathcote VIC 3523, it offers essential services such as assistance with 'My Aged Care', the Australian Tax Office (ATO), 'MyGov', and Services Australia (Centrelink, Medicare, Child Support) on weekdays from 12:30pm to 3pm. Additional services include photocopying, printing, scanning, faxing, laminating, and help with forms and applications. The information and referral service covers topics like mental health, domestic abuse, dementia, gardening, emergency planning, advanced care planning, and alcohol and drug use.
