Situated in the heart of Richmond, the Hawkesbury Leisure and Learning Centre (HLLC) offers a vibrant space for community engagement. Over 20 groups utilize its facilities monthly, fostering a sense of belonging and growth. The centre provides versatile rooms for casual or regular hire, including kitchen and café areas, small meeting rooms, and large activity spaces. Key partners include Macquarie Community College, Hawkesbury Connect Interagency, Hawkesbury Action Network Against Domestic Violence, and Redress Support Services – Women’s Cottage. Seniors can participate in activities like Health & Leisure to You, Seniors Exercise, Knitting & Social, Informal Men’s Social Group, and the Peppercorn Seniors Community Meal.
