Havilah Wine, established in July 2020, is a vibrant wine bar, kitchen, cellar door, and wine store located in Launceston's heart. It showcases a curated selection of Tasmanian, Australian, and international wines, emphasizing grower producers. The menu features a variety of share plates, including Tasmanian and European cheeses, free-range and wild-cured meats, and fresh seasonal produce from local growers. The venue also offers tastings of its own labels, Havilah Wines and Two Tonne Tasmania, by appointment. The bottle shop provides wines for both on-site enjoyment and takeaway. Operating from Wednesday to Monday, Havilah Wine is closed on public holidays during the festive period.
