Located at 61 Belmont Road, Belmont, QLD 4173, the ground-level hall is available Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays. Amenities include air conditioning, wheelchair accessibility, tables and chairs for both adults and children, two whiteboards, and a small kitchenette equipped with a fridge, urn, and microwave. The indoor area spans approximately 120 square meters, complemented by outdoor spaces featuring an undercover patio and a grassed area with shade cloth. Parking facilities accommodate up to 30 vehicles, with additional spaces available on the grassed area. Regular hirers are charged $20 per hour, while other bookings are $25 per hour. Please note, hirers must provide their own public liability insurance.
