Half Acre is a design-led eatery, bar, and event space located in a historic mill in South Melbourne. The venue features a glasshouse-style dining room with 75 seats, a 10-seat private dining room in the chimney house, and a courtyard with an open fireplace and indoor-outdoor bar. The menu focuses on seasonal Australian produce cooked over wood-fire coals, with signature dishes like whole roasted cauliflower and roasted Kent pumpkin. The space is available for corporate events, market days, theatre performances, collaborations, and masterclasses.
